What will happen if there’s a Zoom outage?
Knock on wood, we’re not anticipating any Zoom outages during our program. However, in the unlikely event that were to happen, that week’s module will be recorded at a later time and shared with you following the monthly series.
How much time should I hold on my calendar?
Each module is scheduled for 30 minutes, from 1 to 1:30 p.m. CT, so you can quickly drop in and glean new insights. While there is not a Q&A segment during the live module, you will have an opportunity to ask specific questions during the registration process and access to USFN members in your local jurisdiction for guidance.
What if I have a question specific to my jurisdiction?
If a topic was discussed during one of the modules and an example was provided for a jurisdiction, but you're hoping for insights in your jurisdiction, contact a USFN member in your local jurisdiction via the USFN Member Directory for specific guidance.
When will I gain access to the recordings?
Each module is being recorded, edited, and posted to the attendee portal. Each week’s recording will be available the following week. Although they’re designed to build off one another, you are certainly welcome to attend just the sessions for which you’re most interested. Or you can re-watch sessions again to catch what you might have missed.
When will I receive my digital badges?
If you score at least four out of five points on a module's knowledge check, you earn a digital badge! Don’t worry if you missed the score the first time, you can always review the material and retake knowledge checks. Digital badges will be awarded within a week of the module's completion, typically on Fridays. Your digital badge will come via email to the email address you submitted during registration from the badgr.com platform. Please make sure to have your IT department approve the badgr.com domain or check your spam/junk folders if you have not received one or more of your digital badges.

Digital badges are a symbol of knowledge acquisition and competency. They can be shared with a supervisor, printed out, displayed, or posted to social media — all in an effort to build and advance your career.

You will have an opportunity to ask specific questions during the registration process and access to USFN members in your local jurisdiction for guidance via the USFN Member Directory. Questions can be anonymous if you choose that option when submitting your question. After the live modules, you can submit questions directly to our CASE Files speakers or to the USFN Events Team. Be sure to connect with our presenters and their firms on LinkedIn by clicking on their firm name on the speaker page.
Evaluations: At the conclusion of each module, please complete the brief evaluation. We share this feedback with our Education Committee and speakers so they can learn and benefit from it as well.
