Jeanette O’Donnell is an associate attorney with the law firm of Powers Kirn, LLC. She is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. 2005) where she studied political science and women’s studies and New England School of Law (J.D. 2008). Christianna is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. She concentrates her practice in the area of creditor’s rights, real estate, litigation, foreclosure, eviction and unsecured collections. Christianna also handles compliance related issues for Cohn, Goldberg & Deutsch, LLC, where she has been an associate since 2015. Ms. Kersey has written numerous articles for industry related publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events. |

I have been in the foreclosure related industry for about nine years working different aspects of the business including but not limited to operations, servicing, and 3rd party purchasing. I have been with The Mortgage Law Firm since May of 2018. My education background consists of a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with concentration in Finance, Real Estate, & Law and Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School – Los Angeles. Besides being a licensed attorney in the state of California I am also a licensed California real estate broker. For fun, I like to try new restaurants and grilling on the weekends. |

She is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. 2007) and the University of Florida Levin College of Law (J.D. 2011). Ms. Kellam is admitted to practice law in Virginia’s state and federal courts and is an active member of the Virginia Creditors Bar Association.
