What is the Learning Lab?

The USFN Learning Lab is a first-of-its-kind virtual education program designed especially for those who are new (or just feel like it some days!) to the default servicing world. 

This program offers a way to quickly acclimate yourself to the default servicing world. The myriad of terms and concepts a default servicing professional encounters on a daily basis are organized and presented in a succinct and digestible way, enabling you to easily recall facts and concepts as well as explain basic ideas.

Upon completion of this core concepts training, you'll have a greater ability to apply, analyze and evaluate more advanced information as you move through your career. 

Learning Lab Session Overviews

Learning Lab sessions are currently free to attend and geared toward anyone who feels 'new' to default servicing, has less than 12 months of experience or has worked in only one area of the business. This is a great opportunity to gain an overview of the entire default servicing process and ask questions of industry veterans.
