The 2021 USFN Learning Lab 2.0: Under the Microscope is the next installment of a virtual education program designed for those who have completed all eight Learning Lab: Core Concept modules or have 2-4 years of default servicing experience. Under the Microscope builds on the foundation laid by our original Learning Lab series by providing an in-depth review of four distinct topics in 45-minute modules. As with our original Learning Lab series, there is an option to take a knowledge check to earn digital badges upon session completion. 

Upon completion of this training, you'll gain valuable insights and new takeaways that can be used in concert with your existing knowledge and experience to elevate your work in the mortgage servicing industry. 
Recordings of each 45-minute module will be available until December 2023. Please note these recordings were live sessions recorded in May 2021. Participants can watch one or more based upon their learning needs. ​​Although Q&A may be referenced during the presentations, that was a feature of our live sessions only. Learning Lab 2.0 Overview

Learning Lab 2.0 modules are free and geared toward anyone who has completed all eight Core Concept modules from our original Learning Lab series, or has 2-4 years of experience in the default servicing industry. The 45-minute sessions are a great opportunity to gain an in-depth view of the steps of the default servicing process. Learning Lab 2.0: Under the Microscope is open to servicers, USFN attorneys, and USFN non-attorneys.
