Where can I find the module materials?
Please visit the Learning Lab 3.0 attendee portal. Here you can:
In what platform will the Learning Labs take place?
Our Learning Lab will take place each Wednesday in Zoom. For an optimal experience, please be sure you have downloaded the latest version of Zoom to your computer. If you do not have Zoom or cannot download Zoom, you should still be able to view the session by choosing to watch in your browser.
Additionally, please log in via your computer or laptop instead of a tablet or mobile device for an optimal viewing and interactive experience.
You can manually download the latest version by clicking on download from the following link: https://zoom.us/support/download.
If you already have the Zoom desktop application installed, you can check for updates as follows:
What will happen if there’s a Zoom outage?
Knock on wood, we’re not anticipating any Zoom outages during our program. However, in the unlikely event that were to happen, that week’s module will be recorded at a later time and shared with you following the monthly series.
How much time should I hold on my calendar?
Each Wednesday in February, the modules are scheduled for 45 minutes, from 1 to 1:45 p.m. CT, so you can quickly drop in and glean new insights. For those interested in the optional 15-minute Q&A following the live module, stay logged in to the exact same Zoom link and submit your questions via the Q&A feature. Our presenters will answer as many of these questions as possible in the time allowed.
When will I gain access to the recordings?
Each module is being recorded, edited, and posted to the attendee portal. Each week’s recording will be available the following week. Although they’re designed to build off one another, you are certainly welcome to attend just the sessions for which you’re most interested. Or you can re-watch sessions again to catch what you might have missed.
When will I receive my digital badges?
If you score at least four out of five points on a module's knowledge check, you earn a digital badge! Don’t worry if you missed the score the first time, you can always review the material and retake knowledge checks. Digital badges will be awarded within a week of the module's completion, typically on Fridays. Your digital badge will come via email to the email address you submitted during registration from the badgr.com platform. Please make sure to have your IT department approve the badgr.com domain or check your spam/junk folders if you have not received one or more of your digital badges.
How many people are registered for this program?
We’re delighted to report that more than 300 people are currently registered for this program — which means you’ll be in good company. Although the chat function will be disabled due to the number of participants, you will be able to ask our presenters questions via the Q&A feature.
Please visit the Learning Lab 3.0 attendee portal. Here you can:
- Download the slides for each module.
- Access any supplementary handouts.
- Complete the brief evaluation following each module. Your honest feedback will help us make improvements to future course offerings.
- Complete the five-question knowledge check following each module. Your goal is to collect all four digital badges by earning an 80 percent or above on each knowledge check (that equates to four out of five correct). Digital badges are a symbol of knowledge acquisition and competency. They can be shared with a supervisor, printed out, displayed, or posted to social media — all in an effort to build and advance your career.
- View the recordings of any missed modules. Your one simple and easy registration unlocks access to all four modules.

Engage with Content Leaders
Questions: Our learning sessions are most beneficial to you and your colleagues when you ask questions. You will be able to ask our presenters questions via the Q&A feature, which will be answered during the optional 15-minute Q&A following each live module. Questions can be anonymous if you choose that option when submitting your question. After the live modules, you can submit questions directly to our Learning Lab faculty or to the USFN Events Team. Be sure to connect with our presenters and their firms on LinkedIn by clicking on their name or firm name on the faculty page.
Evaluations: At the conclusion of each learning module, please complete the brief evaluation. Your candid feedback is invaluable as we continue to improve and refine our event offerings based upon the current needs of servicers and USFN member firms. We share this feedback with our Education Committee and speakers so they can learn and benefit from it as well.
