Westin Housekeeping Program

The Westin River North and USFN have agreed to a housekeeping opt-out program, which benefits our environment by saving water, reducing energy use, and conserving natural gas. For you, this means that your guestroom will NOT be serviced daily over your stay. However, if you would like daily housekeeping, you can OPT-IN during hotel check-in. Simply notify the front desk that you DO want daily housekeeping.

All overnight guests that maintain “opt-out” status will be provided an additional 500 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points per day for each night of your stay (after departure; can take up to two weeks to load into account). If you do not currently have a Marriott Bonvoy account, we encourage you to sign up for one prior to your arrival. Register for a Marriott Bonvoy account. Download the Marriott Bonvoy app.

How to Engage with Content Leaders
Questions: Our learning sessions are most beneficial to you and your colleagues when you ask questions. Whether you leverage the mobile app or simply raise your hand, please speak up when something is unclear or nuanced.

Session Chatroom: Use this app feature to ask questions for specific sessions. Within each session or function, click into the item to see more details; under the five-star rating, you'll see "Info", "My Notes", "Who's Going" and "Chatroom" - these chatrooms are specific to each session. Feel free to drop questions ahead of time into the sessions and presenters will see them.

Evaluations: At the conclusion of each learning session, please locate the session within the USFN mobile app. After tapping on the session name, a page will appear with the session details and five (5) stars at the top. Use our simple 5-star rating (1=low quality, 5=high quality) to share instant feedback about the session. Tap on the stars to turn them gray - this submits your session evaluation to us and helps us make improvements for next time and share kudos with our presenters. A complete event evaluation will be sent via email AFTER Compliance & Legal Issues Seminar concludes. Speakers can also be rated from one (1) to five (5) stars.

A special THANK YOU to our presenters for their time, energy and expertise!
You can learn more about our presenters on our Speakers page.

This event is included with both one- and two-day seminar registrations. Still hoping to add a guest registration? Email [email protected] or stop by the USFN Registration Desk.

Networking breaks: Throughout the conference we’ve scheduled a number of short networking breaks. Check email or voicemail, grab something to drink or tag up with other seminar attendees while enjoying the down time.

Volunteer opportunities: Your time and energy is appreciated, and we would love to have help gathering attendees before sessions begin with our musical chimes, as well as moving microphones throughout the audience in our sessions.
