Taxis
There are several taxi companies available in Dallas. It is recommended to coordinate taxi service through the airport or your hotel during your stay.

Several rideshare companies service the Dallas area, including Uber, Lyft, and Alto. Plan ahead and schedule rides via your rideshare apps in advance whenever possible.

Alternate Airport Transportation

Hotel Parking
The JW Marriott Dallas Arts District hotel offers valet parking for $75 per day. Self-parking is available at the 2000 Ross Ave Garage. Rates begin at $5 per hour with a minimum of $30 per day. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.

HOUSING CANCELLATIONS
Reservation changes (based on availability) and cancellations can be made directly with the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District. Failure to arrive on the scheduled date of arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. In addition, hotel may charge an early departure fee for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure date prior to or upon arrival. Guests must cancel by 6:00 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid one-night room and tax cancellation fee. Please note hotel check-in is 3:00 pm CST and check out is 12:00 pm CST.

No shows will be charged the equivalent of a one (1) night stay at the negotiated group rate, plus tax. Guests will put their approved major credit card down upon making a reservation and must pay a first night room deposit at that time.
