HOUSING CANCELLATIONS
Reservation changes (based on availability) and cancellations can be made directly with the Westin. Failure to arrive on the scheduled date of arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. In addition, hotel may charge an early departure fee for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure date prior to or upon arrival. Guests must cancel by 6:00 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
No shows will be charged the equivalent of a one (1) night stay at the negotiated group rate, plus tax. Guests will put their approved major credit card down upon making a reservation or pay a first night room deposit. The credit card is there as a guarantee in case of a no-show reservation.
