Reservation changes (based on availability) and cancellations can be made directly with The Curtis Hotel at 303-571-0300. Failure to arrive on the scheduled date of arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. In addition, hotel may charge an early departure fee for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure date prior to or upon arrival. TRAVEL We have contracted with American Airlines for our REO/Eviction Seminar. You may book flights online at www.aa.com. When booking online enter the promotion code 8340DJ for a 6% discount. The Ground Transportation Information Counter is located in the central area on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal. Counter hours are 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM daily. |
COMMUNICATION USFN seminars are created to foster open and candid communication between mortgage service industry professionals, USFN member attorneys and associate members. In order to retain the security, integrity and purpose of the sessions, USFN maintains the following policies:
IN CONJUNCTION WITH(ICW) EVENTS USFN members and associate members are not permitted to host events that conflict with scheduled USFN seminar activities, including but not limited to sessions, networking events and meal functions. ATTENDEE CONTACT INFORMATION By registering for this event, I authorize my name, title and organization name to appear on event registration lists and in the mobile app that is available to USFN members and event attendees. I understand that I have the option to update my mobile app profile and make visible to fellow event attendees my photo, phone number, email address and/or mailing address if I so choose. PAYMENT AND PROCESSING Registrations will not be processed without FULL PAYMENT. Payment online must be made by major credit card only. REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS Registration for mortgage servicers/GSEs and USFN member attorneys/associate members includes the following on Wednesday, April 22:
LOST/STOLEN BADGES Lost or stolen badges are subject to a $100 replacement fee which is non-refundable. GROUP REGISTRATIONS If you have three or more individuals to register for this event, contact us for a group registration form. REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & ACCOUNT CREDITS All requests for cancellations/refunds must be made in writing to [email protected] by 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. Cancellations received on/prior to Wednesday, April 15, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a 10%/$100 cancellation fee (whichever is greater) in the manner originally paid. After Wednesday, April 15, 2020, no refunds will be granted. USFN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Exceptions for extraordinary events (e.g., medical emergencies) must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by the registrant with appropriate documentation. SUBSTITUTIONS USFN cannot apply event cancellation credits to future events; however, substituting a colleague within the same organization is gladly accepted at no charge. All requests for registration substitutions must be made in writing to [email protected] by 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. After April 15, 2020, registration substitutions will be processed onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing (two people attending an event using only one registration), badge splitting (one registration being split by two people; commonly one attending in the morning and the other attending in the afternoon), and badge reprints are strictly prohibited.
