Ripped from the Headlines: Salacious Stories of Ethical Shortcomings & Lessons Learned
Description: During this interactive, 90-minute live web cast, hear salacious stories featuring real-world cases in which attorneys or firms failed to meet certain ethical standards. Our panel of experienced industry attorneys will introduce these cases, break down the facts, identify the rules violations and provide recommended best practices to put into place with your firm. Although the stories may seem outlandish, they’re all true!
