Brett C. Beehler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University (1991), a Juris Doctor from the American University’s Washington College of Law (1994 – cum laude), and has been a member of the Rosenberg & Associates, LLC legal team since 2010. As a Partner, Mr. Beehler oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s REO, Residential and Commercial Settlement, Title Curative, and Title Litigation practices; including oversight of the attorneys, paralegals, Managers and Team Leads assigned to these Departments. Serving as a creditors and real estate counsel with an emphasis on litigation since the inception of his legal career in 1994, Mr. Beehler brings a broad range of practical experience from over 27 years in the field. Licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, Mr. Beehler serves his client's diverse needs involving commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial transactions, commercial and residential leasing and lease negotiations, commercial litigation, creditor's rights (including replevin, detinue, and creditor representation in bankruptcy), title curative, title claims and title litigation matters. He serves as a continuing education instructor, as well as a speaker and panelist at various real estate, investor and default industry events. Mr. Beehler is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, as well as an elected member to the Order of Barrister’s and Cambridge’s Who’s Who. |

Jeremy is the Managing Partner of the North Carolina Foreclosure Division of Brock & Scott, PLLC. Jeremy is responsible for the general foreclosure legal operations for the North Carolina Foreclosure Division. With over 16 years of experience, specifically in the Mortgage Default Industry, Jeremy oversees exposure to day to day operations of the North Carolina foreclosure process at Brock & Scott, PLLC, including overseeing all Power of Sale foreclosures in North Carolina before the clerk of court, judicial foreclosures in Superior Court, title resolution (including title related litigation) and general mortgage finance litigation. Jeremy practices in both State and Federal Court. Jeremy is licensed to practice law in North Carolina (2004), Georgia (2009) and Virginia (2016). Jeremy is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Divisions of North Carolina. Jeremy received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University at Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Virginia in 2000 where he was also a member of the wrestling team. |

Eric Oberer joined First American Title in 2017 as Maryland Senior Underwriting Counsel. A knowledgeable and customer-focused professional, Eric has over 15 years of real estate and title industry experience, including an extensive knowledge of real estate conveyancing in all aspects of residential and commercial transactions. He has served as a former prosecutor, civil litigator, trial lawyer, title attorney, and land development and acquisition negotiator for a Fortune 500 company at a major law firm. His legal and negotiation experience allows him to navigate and counsel his clients in a highly effective and successful manner. Eric received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in finance from New Jersey City University where he was president of his class and named the Thomas M. Gerrity Scholar-Athlete of the Year for NCAA tennis. Eric currently chairs the Maryland Land Title Association committee on education. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia and is a member of both the Maryland and Washington, D.C. Bar Associations. |

Kayo Manson-Tompkins is the managing attorney of The Wolf Firm’s Eviction and Foreclosure Departments. Prior to joining the firm, she had her own office for nine years and was also an attorney with a prominent real estate/business litigation law firm based in southern California. Kayo has spent the majority of her 26 years in practice handling residential civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex evictions, non-judicial foreclosures and mobile home foreclosures. She also has substantial experience handling surplus funds, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure and bankruptcies. Kayo has been frequently called upon to speak at local and national mortgage industry events. She has been a speaker at several REOMAC (REO Managers Association of California) and United Trustees Association (UTA) conferences, a faculty speaker for the National Business Institute (NBI) and Lorman Education Services on residential servicing issues, and a panelist and lead facilitator for USFN. |

Joseph A. Camillo, Jr., Esq. is the Managing Partner – Default Servicing for Brock and Scott, PLLC. Mr. Camillo has over 24 years of experience in the areas of Banking, Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate, Litigation, Regulatory Compliance and Condominium Law. Mr. Camillo also has extensive experience in representing public sector/quasi governmental agencies such as Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency; Rhode Island Housing; Maine State Housing Finance Authority, Fannie Mae; Freddie Mac; HUD, USDA and the Veterans Association. Kyle Kotake joined Brock & Scott, PLLC in October 2012 as Managing Partner of Evictions and Litigation in the Georgia office. Mr. Kotake is a litigator who practices in the areas of mortgage default litigation and eviction. He regularly represents lenders in both state and federal court. Before joining Brock & Scott, Mr. Kotake spent 11 years in the Atlanta office of Johnson & Freedman, rising to partner responsible for complex litigation matters, where he gained extensive experience of Georgia foreclosure practice as well as handling numerous cases involving such matters as wrongful foreclosure, wrongful eviction, FDCPA violations, RESPA violations, asset forfeitures, code violations, tax sales, title reformation, declaratory judgments and quiet title actions. Throughout his time with the firm he also regularly appeared in several bankruptcy courts in Georgia, in particular handling adverse matters and contested bankruptcy cases. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University. |
