Ashley M. Misener is Senior Vice President of the Foreclosure Support Unit at M&T Bank. In her role, she oversees daily operations of Foreclosure: Referral, Quoting, Document Execution, Pre-Sale Review and Active Military. She manages Acquisition Support and Strategic Workflow Analytics for Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Property Preservation. Ashley led her division to transition employees to Work From Home at the start of the pandemic and is coordinating the Return to Office initiative. Ms. Misener received her bachelor’s degree from Niagara University, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Women’s Studies, Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, and Law and Jurisprudence. Tori White is the Servicing Default Manager at Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc., which she assumed in May 2019. She oversees all aspects of bankruptcy, loss mitigation, foreclosures, and collections for the portfolio's government and conventional loans. Tori joined Flat Branch Mortgage in 2017 to aid in the expansion of the recently established in-house Servicing Department. Her initial responsibilities covered several critical business areas, such as Loan Accounting and Investor Reporting for Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Before joining Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc., Tori spent the previous 10 years as an Assistant Branch Manager for United Credit Union and managed the branch's consumer, mortgage, and business accounts. |

Jeremy is the Managing Partner of the North Carolina Foreclosure Division of Brock & Scott, PLLC. Jeremy is responsible for the general foreclosure legal operations for the North Carolina Foreclosure Division. Jodie Cooper has a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and is a certified Legal Assistant. Her career started as civil litigation paralegal for an insurance defense firm in California. In 2002, she accepted a position with Countrywide Home loans, moving to Texas with the company in 2004. At Countrywide (later Bank of America) she held several positions in REO, litigation oversight, and firm vendor management. In 2015 she joined Caliber Home Loans’ attorney oversight team. In August 2017, she accepted a position with Fannie Mae as a paralegal in their single-family litigation department. Melody Jones Rickels is the Managing Partner of McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC’s Non-Judicial Foreclosure & Title Clearance Group (AL, GA, MS, & TX), as well as an owner of the Firm.
