We will be using the Zoom platform. Before Wednesday, April 13, please be sure to download or update to the latest version of Zoom for an optimal seminar experience.

Where can I find the login link?
The Zoom link and login details were included in your Know Before You Login email from the USFN Events Team sent on Tuesday, April 12. Additionally, you will receive the login information in an Outlook Calendar invite to the email address you provided during registration. If you have not received the Zoom login information by 10 am CT, Wednesday, April 13, please email [email protected].
What should I know about Zoom?
What is the best device to use?
For an optimal viewing and interactive experience, please log in via your computer or laptop instead of a tablet or mobile device.
Will I be on camera?
Yes! This program is set up as a Zoom meeting. We will ask you to turn on your camera to engage with our speakers and other attendees.
What will happen if there’s a Zoom outage or if I experience technical difficulties during the live program?
Knock on wood, we’re not anticipating any Zoom outages during our program. However, in the unlikely event that were to happen, the seminar sessions will be recorded and shared with you following the event. If you are unable to participate in the live program due to technical difficulties, the recorded sessions will be made available for one week following the program.

- View: Toggle between speaker vs. gallery view as best meets your needs
- Mute: Mute yourself when not speaking and state your name before speaking
- Video: Enable your video to the extent possible
- Chat: Engage with one another via “Chat”; you may direct messages to “Everyone” or a specific person one-on-one, as appropriate
- Reactions: Utilize “Reactions” as non-verbal communication cues
- Rename: Rename your video tile with your name and organization
