Here’s what we have in store for you during this three-hour online seminar:
- Three, 45-minute educational sessions led by knowledgeable USFN members, servicers/GSEs; and title insurance counsel
- Plenty of networking and Q&A opportunities with our speakers after each session.
- Access to session outlines and slides.
- Event recording will be available for a limited time if you need to step away or to rewatch a portion for clarity.

We will be using the Zoom platform. Prior to Wednesday, October 20, please be sure to download or update to the latest version of Zoom for an optimal experience.

Where can I find the login link?
The Zoom link and login details were included in your Know Before You Login email from the USFN Events Team sent on Tuesday, Oct. 19. Additionally, you will receive the login information in an Outlook email to the email address you provided during registration. Please do not share Zoom link. Individual registrations are required.
What should I know about Zoom?
What is the best device to use?
For an optimal viewing and interactive experience, please log in via your computer or laptop instead of a tablet or mobile device.
Will I be on camera?
Yes! This program is set up as a Zoom meeting. We will ask you to turn on your camera to engage with our speakers and other attendees. You are also welcome to download and use our custom REO/Eviction Issues Seminar Zoom background.
What will happen if there’s a Zoom outage or if I experience technical difficulties during the live program?
Knock on wood, we’re not anticipating any Zoom outages during our program. However, in the unlikely event that were to happen, the seminar sessions will be recorded and shared with you following the event. If you are unable to participate in the live program due to technical difficulties, the recorded sessions will be made available for one week following the program.

- Reactions: Utilize “Reactions” as non-verbal communication cues
- Rename: Rename your video tile with your name and organization
