Here’s what we have in store for you during this two-day online seminar:
- A roundtable discussion with Congressman Ed Perlmutter;
- Three, 60-minute educational sessions led by knowledgeable USFN members and servicers; and

Where can I find the login link?
The Zoom link and login details were included in your Know Before You Login email from the USFN Events Team sent on Friday, July 10. Additionally, you will receive the login information in an Outlook Calendar invite to the email address you provided during registration.
What should I know about Zoom?
What is the best device to use?
For an optimal viewing and interactive experience, please log in via your computer or laptop instead of a tablet or mobile device.
Will I be on camera?
Yes! This program is set up as a Zoom meeting. We will ask you to turn on your camera to engage with our speakers and other attendees. You are also welcome to download and use our custom Legal Issues Seminar Zoom background.
What will happen if there’s a Zoom outage or if I experience technical difficulties during the live program?
Knock on wood, we’re not anticipating any Zoom outages during our program. However, in the unlikely event that were to happen, the seminar sessions will be recorded and shared with you following the event. If you are unable to participate in the live program due to technical difficulties, the recorded sessions will be made available for one week following the program.

- Video: Enable your video to the extent possible
- Chat: Engage with one another via “Chat”; you may direct messages to “Everyone” or a specific person one-on-one, as appropriate
- Reactions: Utilize “Reactions” as non-verbal communication cues
- Rename: Rename your video tile with your name and organization
