Thank you so much for registering to attend a first-of-its-kind USFN Learning Lab focused on default servicing core concepts. Presented in eight, 30-minute modules conducted over two weeks, we think you’ll find this experience both fun and incredibly informative. If you have any questions leading up to our first lab, or should you need technical assistance throughout the two-week event, please contact the USFN Events Team by email at [email protected].
Logistics and Links
Where can I find the login links?
On both Monday, Oct. 19 and Monday, Oct. 26, you will receive an email containing login links for each week’s Learning Labs. Additionally, you’ll receive a reminder each day, Monday through Thursday, with content and faculty information, along with that day’s login link.
Where can I find the module materials?
In addition to the login links, you will gain access to the attendee portal. Here you can:
In what platform will the Learning Labs take place?
Our Learning Lab will take place each day in Zoom. For an optimal experience, please be sure you have downloaded the latest version of Zoom to your computer. If you do not have Zoom or cannot download Zoom, you should still be able to view the session by choosing to watch in your browser.
What will happen if there’s a Zoom outage?
Knock on wood, we’re not anticipating any Zoom outages during our program. However, in the unlikely event that were to happen, that day’s module will be recorded at a later time and shared with you following the two-week event.
How much time should I hold on my calendar?
Each day, the modules are scheduled for just 30 minutes, from 1 to 1:30 p.m. CT, so you can quickly drop in and glean new insights. For those interested in the optional 15-minute Q&A following the live module, stay on the Zoom line and submit your questions via the Q&A feature.
When will I gain access to the recordings?
Each module is being recorded, edited and posted to a shared space. In early November, you will receive a recap email with access to all eight modules. Although they’re designed to build off one another, you are certainly welcome to attend just the sessions for which you’re most interested. Or you can re-watch sessions again to catch what you might have missed.
How many people are registered for this program?
We’re delighted to report that more than 500 people are currently registered for this program — which means you’ll be in good company. Although the chat function will be disabled due to the number of participants, you will be able to ask our presenters questions via the Q&A feature.

- Complete the quick, 5-question evaluation following each module. Your feedback will help us make improvements to future course offerings.
- Complete the 5-question quiz following each module. Your goal is to collect all 8 digital badges. Digital badges are a symbol of knowledge acquisition and competency. They can be shared with a supervisor, printed out, displayed or posted to social media — all in an effort to build and advance your career.

Engage with Content Leaders
Questions: Our learning sessions are most beneficial to you and your colleagues when you ask questions. During the live modules you will be able to ask our presenters questions via the Q&A feature. Questions CAN be anonymous if you choose that option when submitting your question. After the live modules you can submit questions directly to our Learning Lab faculty or to the USFN Events Team.
Evaluations: At the conclusion of each learning module, please complete the evaluation. There are just five simple questions. Your candid feedback is invaluable as we continue to improve and refine our event offerings.
Audience polls: Some of our content leaders may use polling as part of their modules. All responses will be anonymous.
