ABOUT THIS EVENT

The USFN Regional Boot Camp returns for its second year, designed to help servicers level up their expertise as they strengthen core skills and confidently apply them in real-world settings. Led by experienced USFN member attorneys, this one-day program delivers focused, practical training that builds foundational knowledge in the morning and puts it to work through applied exercises in the afternoon, all in a collaborative, guided environment.

Like a true boot camp, this program is built to sharpen fundamentals, test application, and strengthen confidence. Servicing organizations are encouraged to send teams, allowing participants to learn together, reinforce key concepts, and more effectively transfer insights back into day-to-day operations — equipping attendees with tools they can immediately put to work in an evolving regulatory, legal, and operational environment.

CONTENT IS DESIGNED FOR Loan level processors and team leads in Tempe and the surrounding areas, including supervisor, manager, and AVP-level staff of servicers (0-10 years of experience and those growing into decision-making positions). Remote staff of servicers that do not have brick and mortar in the area are welcome to attend as well. While this event is designed as a regional training opportunity, servicers from across the country are also welcome to attend.
