Program Agenda
This CLE program is being delivered via the Zoom platform with real time interactivity, which allows for live question and answers and real-time comments via the chat technology. Failing to stay up to date on cutting-edge legal issues is not an option in today’s legal environment. Change is only accelerating and counsel need to know how to chart a course forward. With USFN's Legal Issues Seminar, hear from in-house and outside counsel who are on the front lines of legislation and court decisions that are impacting all aspects of mortgage loan servicing. Attendees will gain insight and valuable takeaways that can be put into practice today.

Staying current on legal issues is paramount in our industry. As such, attendance is open to USFN attorney members and staff, as well as individuals employed with banks, financial institutions, mortgage servicers, GSEs and investors.  However, content and conversations are geared toward senior in-house counsel; servicing, compliance and litigation managers and paralegals.
