USFN seminars are created to foster open and candid communication between mortgage service industry professionals, USFN member attorneys and associate members. In order to retain the security, integrity and purpose of the sessions, USFN maintains the following policies:
IN CONJUNCTION WITH(ICW) EVENTS
USFN members and associate members are not permitted to host events that conflict with scheduled USFN seminar activities, including but not limited to sessions, networking events and meal functions.
ATTENDEE CONTACT INFORMATION
By registering for this event, I authorize my name, title and organization name to appear on event registration lists and in the mobile app that is available to USFN members and event attendees. I understand that I have the option to update my mobile app profile and make visible to fellow event attendees my photo, phone number, email address and/or mailing address if I so choose.
A guest may not be a member of the same firm or company as the registrant and must register in the appropriate registration category.
In appreciation for their time and commitment to designing and delivering session content, Servicers/GSEs who are selected to speak at USFN events will receive a complimentary registration for that particular event. Registrations will be automatically processed by the USFN events team and confirmations disseminated. Housing accommodations remain the responsibility of the speaker.
PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
Registrations will not be processed without FULL PAYMENT. Payment online must be made by major credit card only.
Lost or stolen badges are subject to a $100 replacement fee which is non-refundable.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & ACCOUNT CREDITS
All requests for cancellations/refunds must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5 p.m. CT on July 10, 2020. Cancellations received on/prior to July 10, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a [10%/$100 administrative fee, whichever is greater] in the manner originally paid. After July 10, 2020, no refunds will be granted. USFN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Exceptions for extraordinary events (e.g., medical emergencies) must be submitted in writing to email@example.com by the registrant with appropriate documentation.
USFN cannot apply event cancellation credits to future events; however, substituting a colleague within the same organization is gladly accepted at no charge. All requests for registration substitutions must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5:00 PM CT on Friday, July 10, 2020. After July 10, 2020, registration substitutions will be processed onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing (two people attending an event using only one registration), badge splitting (one registration being split by two people; commonly one attending in the morning and the other attending in the afternoon), and badge reprints are strictly prohibited.
CLE are non refundable except if CLE credits are not approved by the purchased state.
Photography [used only when photographer is hired for event]
By registering for this event, you grant USFN, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and/or video of you and your property. You authorize USFN to copyright, use and publish the same in print/and or electronically. You agree that USFN may use such photographs or video of you with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social networking and web content.
