VIRTUAL WORKSHOP SERIES

What is CASE Files?

USFN CASE Files is a four-part on-demand virtual workshop series providing deep-dive sessions with real-world applications and practical examples for the topics most affecting your daily operations. CASE Files is designed especially for servicers and USFN members with mid-level industry experience (5-10 years) who are looking to dig into the nuances of their work. The series also offers cross-training opportunities to junior associates and is a great tool for use in onboarding new staff.

Building on the core concepts first introduced during Learning Labs 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, the 30-minute sessions in this virtual workshop series go beyond recalling basic terms and definitions. As we prepare you for implementation, you can expect a deeper dive into topics that may cause you to stumble in your daily operations.

This series is practical vs. purely academic. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to apply session takeaways to the real world. Although your state or circumstance may not be represented during every session, you'll have access throughout the series to USFN members in your local jurisdiction for specific guidance.

Each module is led by two to three carefully chosen USFN member firm speakers. With fewer voices, you can expect more in-depth analysis and informal discussion between the speakers themselves. Speakers are selected to ensure a range of different but balanced perspectives on the presented topics.

Founded on practical examples rooted in state case law and rules, speakers share succinct state examples with broader application to you and your case files. In addition to discussing the "why" behind an occurrence, we'll also cover how it applies to other states and circumstances.
